The Chakraborty report, on the poisoning of Shrii Prabhat Rainjan Sarkar by Patna jail authorities, was prepared by two senior advocates of Calcutta’s High Court, Mr Amar Prasad Chakraborty (chairman) and Mr Bhakti Bhusan Mondal (member).
